With the progressive development of medical science, hormone drugs has become the indispensable medical supplies in people's daily life. However due to the excessive dependence on hormone drugs, their harmfulness to human body has gradually revealed.Raman spectroscopy is a fast, non-destructive and high sensitivity detection method, also has been widely applied in medical tests.This paper introduces the basic principle, characteristics and application of Raman spectroscopy, and expounds the superiority of Raman spectroscopy in the field of analysis and test.The Raman spectroscopy of dexamethasone, diethylstilbestrol andthyroxine was detected through experiments and their positions of Raman spectroscopy was identified. This paper analyzed their Raman spectroscopy characterization and clarified the physical mechanism causing the different position of the Raman spectroscopy, then identified the assignment of characteristic peaks by using Gaussian software.The relationship of Raman intensity and concentration under the certain condition was studied, then the variation curve of Raman intensity along with the concentration was draw so as for quantitative analysis.The Raman spectroscopy of diethylstilbestrol in different solvents was obtained, and it calculated the frequency shift of Raman with different solvents, then analyzed the effect of the interaction between different molecules in solution on Raman scattering.The results of this paper have shown the high application value of using Raman spectroscopy to detect hormonal drugs.
