Paper studied the leaching characteristics of waste CRT glass lead in different envir -onmental, exploring the feasibility of leaching lead by microorganisms and discussing the erosion mechanism of dissolution of lead of CRT glass. Results showed that:(1)It could leach lead in CRT glass in acid, alkali solution, leaching concentrations as high as 3000mg / L, leaching rate of 12%; and acidic conditions was more conducive to the leaching of lead.(2) Lactic acid leached best, leaching concentration of lead 2264.2mg / L in 24h, leaching rate of 8.39%; the high concentration of leaching liquor helped to improve the leaching rate in a certain range; the smaller the particle size, the lower the initial pH value, the greater the leaching rate; and when liquid-solid ratio and leaching time increased to a certain extent, leaching of lead in glass reached a state of equilibrium to a concussion; repeated leaching have little effect.(3) Aspergillus niger M4 and Rhizopus oryzae also could leach lead in CRT glass, the latter was better, Leaching rate of about 4%. Studies further found that: indirect leaching was better than direct leaching as a result of bacterial adsorption to heavy metals; in the direct leaching process, the smaller the particle size, the more conducive to the leaching of lead; with the continuous liquid-solid ratio increased, leaching rate was the first sharp decline then to the slow growing; it had better effect of lead leaching among (60 ~ 120) mL/500mL of glass bottling capacity.
