Since the discovering of the photocatalysis of TiO2, it has been being researched in the photocatalyst field for good stable photocatalytic activity. TiO2 has attractive much attention of researchers world wide for its characteristics of good chemical stability, wear property, light resistance, low cost and nontoxic. And so TiO2 have been widely used for photolysising water, sterilization, sensitized solar alls, etc. However, there still are some problem existing when TiO2 is used in industry. The ability of photocatalysis especially need to improve.Using[Ti(OC4H9)4], HCL and H2O as raw materials, TiO2 transparent thin films were prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel method. And a series of TiO2 porous thin films with the different content of polyethylene glycol(PEG)are prepared by sol-gel methord. And the thin films were characterized by XRD, AFM and UV-VIS spectra. It proves from the experiment that the best volume ratio is 3:1:10:8 of Ti(OC4H9)4:HCL:H2O:EtOH. Our experiment has fabricated TiO2 thin films succefully and the decoloration rate are 12.71% and 21.49% respectively, which C28H31ClN2O3 has catalyzed about 300min and 600min. In other words, the decoloration rate about C28H31ClN2O3 is increasing with the irradiated time of ultraviolet radiation is increased. But the photocatalysis capability of porous TiO2 thin films, which PEG is 0.75 g in sol of 25mL, is higher than anything else. Its ratio of decolor has reached to 45.47% in 300 min and the other ratio of decolor , which is about TiO2 thin films,is only 12.71% because it bring on the best absorbity and improve filmy photocatalysis capability that porous TiO2 thin films has the measurable dimension of aperture or the surface area.
