There are many kinds of infectant in juice wastewater.many of them are polysaccharide,pectin,fruit dreg,cellulose,malic acid and little minerals,it having strong viscosity,low pH, high COD ang high SS,if it is discharged directly into water without treated, it will lead to a large number of accumulation of organic acids in surrounding water,then it will make serious deterioration of water environment and threat to human health and related industrial development. So fingding a feasible wastewater treatment technology has become a current problem of the environmental protection field at home and abroad.Through widely looking up relevant information,perusing wastewater treatment of the latest research achievements,combinating the conditions of juice wastewater treatment process of Shanxi province,and analyzing problems of practical process.it is proposed that using "EGSB+biological contact oxidation" joint process treat juice wastewater.EGSB reactor and biological contact oxidation reactor startup and joint operation were studied. found the optimum operation parameters of the joint process. And analyzed the economic feasibility of joint process.Experimental study found: the granular sludge of treating wastewater of glucose empty into EGSB as the inoculation sludge, it can complete domestication in two weeks,if the basicity of EGSB is up to 2500mg/L, it will not be acidification in the process of increasing organic load. The VFA concentration of influent water will increase when the organic load of reactor increase.the pH of effluent water can reflect whether the system is stable or not. In this experiment,the operation of EGSB is the best when the pH of effluent water is 7.Biological contact oxidation reactor adopt inoculation method to cultivate biological membrane, the method is success in ten days. When the temperature is controlled in 20℃, the pH of effluent water is controlled in 6-9,DO is controlled in 5mg/L, hydraulic retention time is controlled in 10h, adding nutrients quality: COD: N: P=300: 5: 1, the operation of biological contact oxidation reactor is optimum.When "EGSB+biological contact oxidation" joint process is stable operation, the best hydraulic retention time of EGSB is 20h,and the biological contact oxidation is 10h,the COD concentration of effluent water is 90mg/L, BOD5 is low 25mg/L,SS is low 50mg/L,pH is 6.6-7.4,the COD of effluent water is removed above 99%, effluent water comes up to the standard.Therefore, this research provides scientific technology route for engineering application, and have broad prospects Effluent water matrix-degrading dynamic model in treating juice wastewater of EGSB as followed:gas dynamics model as followed:Effluent water matrix-degrading dynamic model in treating juice wastewater of biological contact oxidation as followed:...
