Study On The Exploitation And Utilization And Optimal Allocation Of Water Resources In Yaoba Oasis

The oasis is a core of the ecosystem of arid district, the specially making up of natural resources, such as light, heat, water, soil,etc, formed distinctive oasis agriculture, and it has possessed the superior condition of setting up high-quality, high yield, high-efficient agriculture. The water resource is a precondition existed and developed in oasis, with the development of social economy in the oasis, the demand for water resource is increasing constantly too. Because the climate is arid, the surface water in most oasis areas are deficient seriously, so, the groundwater becomes the important insurance of supporting the development of local social economy. But because of not rationalthe exploitation and utilization of groundwater, lead to the fact that a series of ecological environment questions have appeared in a lot of oasises.Yaoba oasis is an important grain base of Alashan left county which has been developed since the beginning of the 70s of last century. But in recent years, because of the not scientific exploitation and utilization of groundwater, the oasis' groundwater table drops continuously and the ecological environment worsens every year. The ground crack has been found in some areas. The artificial and inartificial vegetation in the oasis which relies on the groundwater are searing and dying because they don't hane enough water, and it makes plantation becoming desert. The mineralization of the groundwater is crescent, In some areas, the water quality of the groundwater has been already unable to meet the standard of the drinking water. These phenomenons have badly influenced the production and living standard of the people of Yaoba oasis.In this paper, firstly, I summed up the historical state of exploitation of the groundwater resources in Yaoba oasis. Discussed various kinds of ecological environment problems that appears in the developing course and the reasons which place a premium on the problems. Then, introduce the pumping water experiment in open country, to get the hydrogeological parameters from pumping water experiment; on the basis of the hydrogeological parameters, integrate the production of other people, using section runoff means and dynamic data of the groundwater table confirm the said direction replenishment.Using exploit coefficient means confirm the allowable withdrawal. Finally, quote the research results of project team, according to the scale of existing population in the oasis , cultivated area, crop kind and state of ecological environment, regard oasis sustainable development as the goal, considering the indexes , such as economic benefits , social benefit, ecological environment benefit ,etc. synthetically, have allocated the utilization of groundwater resource and the pattern of farming of 2010, 2015 and 2020 optimally through multi-objective programing.
