In recent years,manufacturing enterprises have been from traditional resourcebased enterprises to service-oriented enterprises transformation and productionoriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing transformation,which have become the inevitable trend of the transformation and development of manufacturing industry,the optimal allocation of the distribution and heterogeneous manufacturing resources is one of the difficult problems in the development of service-oriented enterprises and service-oriented manufacturing,cloud manufacturing and other related advanced manufacturing modes provide a new mean and method for the effective solution of the above problems.Under the cloud manufacturing environment,massive cutting tool resources among small and medium enterprises(SMEs)will be shared in the form of manufacturing services,namely "decentralized cutting tool resources centralized management,centralized cutting tool resources decentralized services",which can revitalize idle cutting tool resources among SMEs,changing from the traditional cutting tool resources of SMEs "buy-use" production mode into "on-demand access-use" sharing cloud service mode,so that promote the efficient sharing and circulation of cutting tool resources,realizing the multi-win-win situation.First of all,the cutting tool resources classification model and information model are established by analyzing the characteristic attributes of cutting tool resources,which provide normative model for cutting tool resources effective management and cloud sharing.The requirement problems of cutting tool resources cloud service among SMEs are analyzed and discussed under cloud manufacturing environment,meanwhile,the feasibility solution is given.Aiming at the servitization and optimal allocation of idle cutting tool resources among SMEs,a cutting tool resources sharing cloud service mode is proposed and the cutting tool resourcessharing cloud service system is constructed,which provide mode support for cutting tool resources cloud sharing.Secondly,the main principles of manufacturing resources evaluation index system construction and the general methods of manufacturing resources evaluation are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of cutting tool resources cloud service evaluation in the process of cutting tool resources cloud sharing,three levels of target layer,sub-target layer and index layer of the evaluation index system of cutting tool resources cloud service is established.Fuzzy hierarchy analysis process is used to carry out fuzzy quantitative ranking of each level evaluation index in the evaluation index system of cutting tool resources cloud service,which provide decision basis for the optimal allocation of cutting tool resources.Thirdly,according to multi granularity machining tasks under cutting tool resources cloud sharing service mode,the machining tasks decomposition sequence model and the cutting tool resources matching model based on machining feature are established to provide the theoretical basis for the optimal allocation of cutting tool resources.The optimal allocation model of cutting tool resources is set up by selecting machining time,machining cost and machining quality as the optimization objective.The standard particle swarm optimization algorithm and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the hybrid mutation operator are used to solve the optimal allocation model of cutting tool resources,then the reliability and validity of the model and algorithm are verified.Finally,combining with the functional requirements and application scope of the cutting tool resources sharing cloud service platform,the browser/server structure is selected as the application mode of the prototype system.An architecture of cutting tool resources service system is proposed and the function modules of the prototype system are divided.The part of the prototype system running interfaces and functions are designed and developed,which provide platform support for the landing and application of cutting tool resources sharing cloud service mode.
