Study On The Synthesis And Characterization Of Poly-Silicate Inorganic Polymeric Flocculants

This article in view of the flocculation law water treatment present situation,after reviewing and learning from previous researchers' results,take the silicic acid,the iron sulfate, the magnesium sulfate as raw materials,using the compound copolymerization law,and introduces Fe³⁺ and Mg²⁺,preparing new inorganic high polymer flocculation PFSS and PFMSS.Carrying on the attribute with the infrared spectrum,the result indicated:the iron, the magnesium are firmly introduced to the silicon and oxygen polymer substrate,forming Fe-O-Si,the Mg-O-Si linkage.In the PFSS and PFMSS preparation research foundation,synthesizes PFSS and the PFMSS best craft condition with the orthogonal experiment optimization,its result as follows: To PFSS,Fe³⁺/SiO₂ mole of ratio is 1.3,the iron sulfate density is 30.0%.To PFMSS,Fe/Mg mole of ratio is 1.0;Joins order is:first to add the hard add-on magnesium;then Fe/SiO₂ mole of ratio is 1.0;PFMSS throws the increment is 5μl/ml.With PFSS and PFMSS to processing the coal washing waste water,brewed waste water and the papermaking waste water.We determined PFSS and PFMSS respectively in the PH value were 5～9,6～7 and in 6 scopes has the good flocculation performance.The best amount of PFSS eliminates the turbidity of the coal washing waste water is 7.5μl/ml,so as to the brewed waste water,Turbidity removed rate and COD removed rate may respectively achieve 92%and 79%.When PFMSS processing the coal washing waste water,the best turbidity removed using amount is 10μl/ml,after joins the organic flocculant polyacrylamide the turbidity removed rate achieves above 95%.When processing the brewed waste water it has the better than PFS and PAC.its turbidity removeing rate,COD removeing rate and SS removeing rate may respectively achieve 95.2%,80.3%and 85.5%.The research result indicate:PFSS and PFMSS have the good processing effect to the city life sewage and the industrial waste,they presents the very good application value.
