With the development of industry, the using amount of the oil is larger and larger. But because technologies limit and management backward reason, a large amount of oil enters water bodies, form the pollution. There are mang treatments of getting rid of industrial oily waste water, but their effect are bad ,the traditional one ,dissolve air flotation ,has shortcomings of operating complicated and dealing with relatively expensive.Because the emulsification oil has special existence state and physics and chemistry nature , comparatively steady in the water body, the physics method is relatively difficult to deal with. And in industry, the temperature of the oily waste water is relatively high, as the same as, with a large amount of inorganic impurity in it, there is little organic impurity content, so the biological treatment is unable to be used. Flocculant technology is a effective oily waste water treatment. Development the high-efficient and practical flocculant and correlative products is one of the key problems, the simple type of inorganic salts flocculant can't meet the demands of water treatment. High polymer flocculant appears and develops from single types to compound types flocculant, which make water treatment receive much more improvement in efficiency.For developping relatively effective the special-purpose compound type oily flocculant of getting rid of emulsification oil, among this thesis, at first, through single factor examine and check which routine flocculant has sure results to degrease to the oily waste water by experiment, in order to getting the foundation of the compound type oily flocculant . The experimental result finds the inorganic flocculant all have certain degreasing results basically, can be regarded as the basic carrier of the oil flocculant. But consider the factors, such as technologies of the raw material preparation and economy ,etc., in thissubject, chosen the Polyaluminium Choride and so on, the inorganic flocculant, developping and compound the foundation of the oily flocculant . On the contrary, relative to inorganic flocculant , the organic flocculant behaves remarkably in flocculating the small and solid matters. But the result of flocculating to emulsification oil is very bad. At the second stage of the experiment , regard flocculating the result of degreasing as the standard, compound inorganic and organic high polymer flocculant. In the course of compounding , adopt orthographical experiment , considering following factors rproprotion between the inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant, compound temperature,mixxing time, the join of solicitation, pH value, mix intensity and familiar time of melting. The LGD-III type oil flocculant compounding at last has a good flocculating effect of degreasing.In order to examine the real result of using the oil flocculant compounded, at a steel factory ,use the compound oil flocculant to treating the oily waste water .The result shows: It has a good effect in getting rid of the emulsification oil, and the fare of treatment is cheap.In addition,passing the experiment, find the best function condition of the oil flocculant. The facts shows: treating the high turbid emulsification oily waste water of degree of high temperature, the treatment result of the LGD-HI type compound oil flocculant is relatively good.
