Qi Jiabei pilot area studied in the test is a low-permeability oilfield in peripheral area of Daqing. The pilot area includes the 708 block which permeability is better and 72-704 block which permeability is worse. They are two blocks that have typical geologic characteristics. Because of the poor geological condition and the poor development of economic benefits in Qi Jiabei pilot area, whether from the degree of understanding or the demonstration of economic feasibility, it is very difficult for well pattern system to achieve a higher control degree of water flooding at the beginning. The pilot area also has the problems of hard to injection and difficult to exploit oil owing to the poor physical property of formations, a series of other problems also occurred in the pilot area such as rapidly raising speed of containing water at the beginning, short stable-production cycle, hardly maintaining producing pressure drop and low recovery and economic benefits, etc. They will restrict and influence the development effects of oil field and economic efficiency of enterprises unless the questions above can be resolved in a timely manner.In view of the characteristics this paper presents a set of projects, which are fracturing project, injection project and injection-production ratio project. And optimization project are obtained by the numerical simulation. Firstly, this paper collects basic data of 708 Well Field and 72-704 Well Field and establishes a phased geological model by the software of Petrel geological modeling, such as block sedimentary micro-facies model, porosity model, permeability model and net gross ratio model. Secondly, fracturing project is simulated by numerical simulation software and simultaneously different joint length and fracturing timing are also simulated. So the reasonable fracturing timing and fracturing methods are optimized. Based on determination of reasonable fracturing timing, the text simulates water injection timing and water injection methods and optimizes the reasonable water injection timing and water injection methods in accordance with the comparison and analysis of the simulation results. After optimization of reasonable fracturing project and water injection timing, the text also simulates eight different injection-production ratio projects to optimize reasonable injection-production ratio. The optimal development method provides the basis for establishing development plan of preliminary development and adjustment of injection-production system in Qi Jiabei oilfield.
