Sucker rod pumping system are all major onshore oil production equipment, because of its low efficiency, so there is sucker rod pumping system's energy consumption has also become a major oil field exploitation of the latter job. Currently, the exploitation of onshore oil has entered the later stage, the moisture content increases every year, the situation of complex oil field, oil from water-drive approach, the development of water flooding, polymer flooding and ASP flooding, a number of low-permeability oil fields have begun to develop and produce. Flooding of these different methods, as well as the specificity of low-permeability oil fields, directly affects the pumping unit horse head rod load calculation and model selection. Selection of the unit and the original method of calculation do not take account of these changed circumstances. Therefore, the original unit selection methods can not meet the post-oil mining to actual needs, has a direct impact on the sucker rod pumping system of the system efficiency. Selection methods in order to enable the unit finally identified program models and the actual production line, thus there is improve the efficiency of sucker rod pumping system. The purpose of this paper carried out the exploitation of oil field pumping wells to optimize selection of the latter studies.Horse head hanging on the unit point load suffered mechanical analysis carried out to determine the suspension point of the load suffered the main factors, using multivariate nonlinear regression method, give different blocks rod load calculation methods.
