With the increasing of oil extraction and mining scale,the underground oil layer continues to decline.Oil exploitation gradually entered the middle and late stage,so that the difficulty of oil mining gradually increased,the short plate of the old pumping unit more obvious,forcing national oil companies to increase investment in the development of new pumping units.And the performance test of the new pumping unit has become the focus of the pumping unit research work.Therefore,how to simulate the actual operation of oil pumping as far as possible under laboratory conditions have great significance to the research and improvement of the working performance of pumping unit.In this thesis,a set of pumping simulation loading device is designed for a new type of roller pumping unit,which simulates the load change of pumping unit in the actual operation process more truthfully and accurately,and can provide technical support for the load test of pumping unit,reversing device,reducer and other components in the experimental research stage.It lays a foundation for detecting and improving the working performance of pumping unit,extending service life and optimizing and improving important parts of pumping unit.Firstly,three-dimensional modeling and dynamic analysis of the structure design and deceleration reversing of the pumping machine are carried out,and Adams is used to simulate the motion of the reversing device and the suspension point of the pumping unit,and the feasibility of the new type of roller pumping unit is proved from the structure and motion.By drawing on several types of pumping unit loading methods in the past,the scheme of composite loading of m echanical and simulated well pumps is put forward.The structure of the simulated pump is designed `and modeled by referencing the parameters of the equipment to be tested,and the finite element analysis of its structure is carried out by Ansys software,and the theoretical feasibility of the loading device is verified.The new drum type pumping unit and loading device were designed to produce a prototype,and a pumping simulator simulation loading test platform were established.Secondly,in order to ensure that the test can be carried out smoothly and obtain accurately the test data,the data acquisition and measurement and control system of the simulated loading device were designed.The corresponding sensor components are used to collect the signal of suspension point load and the suspension point displacement of the pumping unit in real time and transmit them to the acquisition system for transmission processing.The Step7 programming software is used for background programming of the measurement and control system,and the touch screen of Human-computer interface measurement and control is designed with WinCC software.The pumping unit data can be tested and collected after online commissioning and setting test equipment parameters.Finally,the test data of the collected suspension load,the displacement of the suspension point,the vibration and torque of the reversing device are stored,processed and displayed by computer software.The working performance of pumping unit and the vibration characteristics and transmission efficiency of the commutative device are analyzed by the treated test data.The experimental analysis shows that a new type pumping unit loading device and measurement and control system designed is feasible,which can provide a new idea for the future research of pumping unit loading technology.
