The Xingjiu Crude Oil & Naturl Gas Processing Factory holds two producing units, which are Xinjiu Nautral Gas Liquids Recovery Unit and Xingjiu Crud Oil Stablization Unit. These two units were put into operation in early 1980s and experienced great reconstruction after 2000. After those great reconstructions, they have not undergone all-around evaluation. With the simulation software PRO/II, the paper established simulated processes and simulated material balances and NGL yield of these two units, in which the NGL recovery unit's yield is 2.20t/104m3 and the crude oil stabilization unit's extraction yied is 6.34%. This paper analyzed the key parameters's infuences on yield of the units, in which, between -15℃and -35℃, the NGL yield of the NGL recovery unit can raise 0.035 t/104m3 with 1℃drop of the refreigiration temperature. This paper analyzed the influences on non-condensed gas yield by parameters of the temperature of furnace heated crude oil, the operation temperature of stabilizing tower, the operation pressure of tower, the temperature after being cooled by air cooler and the water content in crude oil. After testing the efficiency of main equipment including compressors, pumps and furnace, this paper found the efficiency of the ammonia compressor is 50% and the energy utilance in crude oil stabilizing unit is between 6% and 22%, which are too low. This paper ploted the heat exchanging curves of main heat exchangers and found temperature across existing in some heat exchangers. This paper established the pressure drop map of the processes and analysed the influence of pressure drop on NGL yield of NGL recovery unit and the pumps'energy consumption of crude oil stabilizing unit. This paper calculated the conditions of the ethylene glycol fractionating tower and found the spray density of the tower is too low. This paper analyzed the energy consumption of these two units and determined the distributeon of energy consumption and loss. The results of this studying can not only provide theoretical support for putting forward technology reconstruction projects, improving products and reducing energy consumption, but also provide data support for daily management and post operation.
