As one of the most important EOR Technologies, ASP Flooding on the one hand, enhances oil Recovery; increases the emulsification of produced fluid on the other hand, due to large amounts of alkali, polymer and surfactant present in the produced fluid. Demulsification of ASP flooding produced fluid can be very difficult. ASP Flooding is now on its way to be put into extensive industrial scale applications, There is a dire need for the development of an efficient demulsifying method for ASP Flooding produced fluid in order to realize efficient separation of the produced fluid.This thesis aims at the tight reverse crude oil emulsion produced by the ASP Flooding N1FE Block field trial. It uses simulated o/w ASP Flooding produced fluids with water-cut 80% made in laboratory as the mediums, the demulsifying effects of the chemical agents, mechanical coalescence, ultrasonic coalescence, microwave radiation, gravity sedimentation, centrifugal sedimentation and the united function of these methods on ASP Flooding produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial are evaluated, the RSN range of the demulsifier which is fit for o/w ASP Flooding fluid by the. N1FE Block field trial is fixed, an optimal demulsifier XJ-1 that have good demulsifying effect on the produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial is fixed, the applicability of the demulsifier, mechanical coalescence, thermochemical sedimentation, centrifugal sedimentation and the united function to ASP Flooding produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial is fixed, the optimal demulsifying parameters which are fit for ASP Flooding produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial with different displacing agents are gained.The RSN range of the demulsifier which are fit for ASP Flooding produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial is 15~19.The demulsifier Xj-1 have a good demulsifying effect on o/w ASP Flooding produced fluid by the N1FE Block field trial with alkali-content below 1000mg/L, surfactant-content below 300mg/L, polymer-content below 600 mg/L. the oil content in water and water content in oil of the above ASP Flooding produced fluids which deposited steadily can decreased to 2078 mg/L and 3.7% respectively on the condition that the addition dosage is below 150 mg/L.The mechanical coalescence time which is fit for o/w ASP Flooding by the N1FE Block field trial is 0.5 min on the condition that the proper demulsifier dosage is added to the produced fluid.The water content in oil of o/w ASP Flooding produced fluids by the N1FE Block field trial with alkali-content below 1000 mg/L, surfactant-content below 300 mg/L and polymer-content below 600 mg/L which deposited thermochemically for 24h at 65℃can reach below the water content in oil of the crude oil taraet 0.5% on the condition that the proper demulsifier dosage is added to the produced fluid.The water content in oil and oil content in water of o/w ASP Flooding produced fluids by the N1FE Block field trial with alkali-content below 1000 mg/L, surfactant-content below 300 mg/L and polymer-content below 600 mg/L which deposited centrifugaly for 10min at 40℃and centrifugal speed 984G can decreased to 198mg/L and 0.95% respectively on the condition that the proper demulsifier dosage is added to the produced fluid.
