The rule of emulsion's concentration and sedimentation under the combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields is studied by using the experimental apparatus of demulsification. The main electric parameters and the dehydration device's flow parameters that affect separation efficiency of oil-water emulsion are obtained by the oil-water emulsion's dynamic experiment under combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields. These parameters will be guidance for optimizing the structure of experimental devices. The dehydration rate experiments under the field of only centrifugal and the field of centrifugal and electric are compared, and it is concluded that the separation efficiency of oil-water emulsion under the combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields is higher and faster.Industrial experiment apparatus of continuous demulsification was built by the above optimized parameters. All the demulsification experiments under the combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields are completed on this apparatus. Based on Massive tentative experiments on white oil emulsion, the impact to the demulsification effect of electric parameters such as pulsed frequency, electric field strength, pulse length and flow parameters such as fluid rate, temperature and phase volume fraction are studied, and the optimal parameters to demulsification and flow rate are received. The refined optimal frequency range also is studied. We also found the influence of temperature is significant. In order to seek for the rule of emulsion's concentration and sedimentation and further to research separation mechanism, the original applies FLUENT, fluid dynamics software, to conduct mathematic simulation. So the movement of water droplet in oil flow can be comprehended intuitively. Moreover, this paper is of great significance to the theory of demulsification.
