The waste of the water-base drilling fluid (WWBDF) is the great waste residue during the exploration and exploitation process in the petroleum industry. If treat it not properly, it will pollute the environment and cause incredible damage to the human being and livestock .This thesis stands on the environmental points of view to analyze and develop the disposing methods, and attain the harmless disposing purpose. The thesis mainly contains following several parts: study on land spray treatment technology of the WWBDF; related research about WWBDF biological degradability; stress study on solidification treatment technology of the WWBDF base on the Daqing Oil field nature, including Blast Furnace slag and GH-2A efficient reduced powder system, and conduct assessment about harmless and economic of Solidification Treatment Technology of the WWBDF. Through these researches attain a series of harmless treatment technologies about WWBDF.
