The waste drilling fluid is the greatest amount of waste residue produced during the exploration and exploitation in the petroleum industry. If not disposed and freely emitted, it will pollute environment and causes incredible damage. At present, people have not paid much attention to thinking how to deal with it and the disposing methods are relatively simple. On the basis of researching the harmLess treatment technology of the waste drilling fluid at home and abroad, this article seriously analyzes the waste drilling fluid's influence on environment in JiLin oil field and researches the curing system of cement sodium silicate. The curing system of cement mixture in oil well and the curing system of fly ash composite material, at the same time this article makes a preliminary analysis of the curing mechanism. The experiment indicates that the composite curing agent which is mainly made up of fly ash cement and appropriate quantity of inorganic odorant as supplement has high curing intensity and good curing effect. After solidifying the waste drilling fluid of JiLin oil field, the toxicological detection result indicates that the toxicity of the waste drilling fluid disposed is within the limit of national standards, and this method brings a relatively good social and economic effect.
