The advancing of the quality of gasoline in our country, makes the productivity of gasoline with high octane number become harder. Though there is some benefit effect with the development and partly application of etherification, aromatization and selective hydrogenation, the catalyst reforming is the most effective method for producing gasoline with high octane number, on the other hand, with getting aromatics and solvent naphtha from catalyst reforming process, can optimize the product composition of refinery and improve the value of product greatly.The paper belongs to catalyst studying field. The feed stock is straight run naphtha, with the containing olefins and sulfur contaminants increasing, the developed catalyst for the prehydrogenation process of catalyst reforming, has higher activity and stability. The catalyst can be used for lower quality FCC gasoline, produce certified feedstock for catalyst reforming unit under the catalyst with high space velocity.By choosing alumina, which have favorable pore construction and surface chemical properties as catalyst supporter. Using a new kind of metal Ti modification to adjust the surface chemical properties, such as the acid property of alumina, and then we develop a kind of catalyst, named as DZF-1, used for prehydrogenation of catalytic reforming successfully. The catalyst composed by Ni, Mo, Co and alumina, having higher activity than reference catalyst, the reaction temperature is lower more 5℃. The DZF-1 catalyst having higher activity of hydrogenation, can supply qualified feed stock for catalyst reforming process at suitable reaction condition, such as the hydrogen process is 1.2 MPa, the H2/oil(v)is 100:1, the space velocity between 1.5 h-1 and 2.5 h-1, and the reaction temperature between 250℃and 270℃. The DZF-1 catalyst having better property of hydrogenation at high space velocity, which can supply qualified feed stock for catalyst reforming process at the reaction condition such as the hydrogen process is 2.0 MPa, the H2/oil(v)is 180:1, the space velocity between 4.0 h-1 and 8.0 h-1, and the reaction temperature between 280℃and 300℃. The DZF-1 catalyst can be used to treat the feed stock containing FCC gasoline. When there is no sufficient straight run gasoline, the catalyst can change the feed stock containing twenty percent FCC gasoline at most to feed stock of catalyst reforming. The catalyst passed a 2000 hours long period experiment, to examine the activity and stability of the catalyst. The result shows that the activity and stability of the catalyst is excellent. The technology of DZF-1 catalyst is steady and proven, which can be used in commercial experiment and application.
