Polymer surfactant is a unitary flooding system which be developed in recent years. It has dual characteristics of Polymer and Surfactant. The characters, like as strong solvency even at a lower concentration, Lower molecular weight, counter-mass,high viscosity,anti-shearing force, anti-biodegradation,anti-oxidation degradation,temperature-resistance and salt resistance, fit different permeability reservoir. It is also be use to under different mineral degree condition reservoir and be injected with waste water directly.Base on the laboratory test, we studied the viscosity's stability, improve the solvency and emulsifying capacity and change rock's wetting property on three types of Polymer-Surfactant. We analyzed the effects of oil displaced by core experiment in different consistencies and plugs, and evaluated the capacity of EOR. We demonstrated polymer surfactants the capacity of increasing injected concentration, reducing water-oil mobility ration and surface tension in waste water. And we also analyzed the probability on improving the pay-gross thickness ratio of the residual oil at higher water saturation area in the post-polymer flooding. The text studies reservoir sediment,the states of pay-gross thickness ratio and distribution of residual oil in the eastern of Southern Fourth Block. And it analyses dynamic variation principle and effect character. The results will offer useful instruction for other blocks.
