Ecological sensitivity is the sensitive degree of influence of human activities on ecosystem . It means the possibility of causing ecological imbalance and concerns. Ecological sensitive zone is a special or whole area, where ecological sensitivity has been regarded as the base of regional ecological planning and construction. Because it relates to a great number of complicated regional's and varieties of factor.This paper bases on the analysis of the world environmental situation and connected with the overseas and domestic research status and expatiates on the connotation of ecological sensitive zone and establishes the indicator system of ecological sensitive zone's sensitivity evaluation and then makes an intensive analysis and study of indicators for selection. Moreover, this paper uses Group Decision Making - Analytical Hierarchy Process (GDM-AHP) to identify weights of indicators and works out weights of experts by using Clustering Analysis. Finally, paper makes use of method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to identify the level of Qiandongnan's ecological sensitivity by illuminating Qiandongnan's ecological situation carefully and analyzing the assessment index system of Qiandongnan in all directions. On the base of existing research, this paper improves on the method and refer to Qiandongnan as an example and make an assessment of the zone's sensitivity, in the end this paper comes to a conclusion: the ecological sensitivity of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture is a degree of middle sensitivity.Research results of this paper refer to : on the process of development and planning, the authorities should take efficient measures to protect qiandongnan's ecology while developing regional economy. This paper also provides some theoretical support for Qiandongnan's resources and travel sustainable development.
