Studies On Assessment Of Water Ecological Civilization Of Yanqi Lake Ecological Development Demonstration Zone In Beijing

In order to speed up the realization of ecological demonstration area of Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration area "low carbon,green ecology,energy saving" functional orientation,to enhance the demonstration area as the capital of the external window and international image,On the basis of systematically summarizing the research achievements of aquatic ecological civilization at home and abroad,combined with the present situation of Yanqi Lake aquatic ecology research,taking the ecological civilization of river basin as the breakthrough point,taking the Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone as the research object,establish a complete water ecology Civilization evaluation index system,there are 6 subsystems,13 elements,22 indicators.Based on the field sampling,field investigation,questionnaire survey and statistical data collection,the basic data of the Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone in 2016 were obtained and analyzed.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the degree of water ecological civilization of the Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration zone.This paper mainly draws the following five conclusions:(1)Through the method of statistical analysis and the analysis of existing research results,the frequency statistics method,the importance evaluation method and the expert consultation method are used to filter and determine the index,follow the principle of index system construction,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the water ecological civilization evaluation index system was constructed,which accorded with the natural environment characteristics and the laws of human activities in the ecological development demonstration area of Yanqi Lake,including water safety,water environment,water ecology,water landscape,water culture and water management System 13 elements 22 indicators.At the same time,based on the basic theory and research methods of threshold research,the evaluation index of water ecological civilization is divided into five grades,and the evaluation criteria of each index are put forward.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the single order and hierarchical total weight of each evaluation level,the Cauchi distribution function is used to calculate the membership function value.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the water ecological civilization evaluation model.(3)Through the on-site sampling,on-site investigation,questionnaire survey and statistical data acquisition and other means to obtain the basic data,after analysis can be drawn:Yanqi Lake water quality is relatively good,basically to class ? water quality objectives,poor water quality in March,for the poor V class,the main indicators of excessive TP and TN.According to the analysis,the fishery farming is the main source of pollution into the river,and its drainage quality is V,the main indicator is TP and TN,and all play a role in promoting CODMn,in which TN is greater than TP,The regression equation is:CODMn=-2.324+0.844TN+1.755TP;The pollution load reduction ofYanqi Lake point source into the lake was:TP 39.5%,TN 9.1%,non-point source into the lake pollution load reduction:TP 50.0%,TN 74.8%,CODMn 28.1%.(4)The results of water ecological civilization evaluation index system of Yanqi Lake Ecological Development Demonstration Zone show that the evaluation result of water quality compliance rate index is grade ?,and the evaluation result of lake ecological water demand satisfaction degree is grade?,and the evaluation result of these two indexes is the worst,other indicators of the evaluation results are more than ? level;The results show that the results of water landscape,water culture and water management subsystem are better,and the evaluation results of water environment subsystem are poor grade IV,and the results of aquatic ecological subsystem evaluation are relatively poor;The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of water ecological civilization is grade ?,and the development of aquatic ecological civilization is relatively good,Water ecological environment there is a certain problem,mainly for poor water quality.(5)In view of the present situation and existing problems of aquatic ecological civilization development in Yanqi Lake ecological development demonstration area,this paper puts forward the suggestions on the development of water ecological civilization from the control of aquaculture water and the pollution load reduction in the river,and provides the correct guidance for its development,And provide some reference and reference for the evaluation of aquatic ecological civilization in the small watershed of the northern mountainous area.
