The eutrophication of water body is one of main water pollution questions the world facing now, which has led to great harm to the world. The key process of eutrophication is also the process of algal blooms. In The eutrophication water body's algae burst growth is influenced by many factors, such as nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus) content, velocity of water flow, water body temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen, strength of illumination and so on. These factors are by no means independent, but is interactional. This experiment has selected four influence factors according to the laboratory condition that are generally mentioned in the literature (temperature, TP, ;NH3-N and pH), each influence factor chooses three horizontal values, and designs the orthogonal enperiment. The experiment shows that the following conclusions:The maximum algae stock measures out 9th~10th day of the experiment. The biggest algae cell growth rate appears in the experiment 7~9th of the nine groups experiments. In this study , four factors selected for the biggest algae cell stock infulence of the order as follows: temperature) total phosphorus (TP)> ammonia (NH3-N)> pH. The three level value influencing factors what be selected as temperature , general phosphorus (TP) and ammonia nitrogen is identical to algae cell consistence effect trendency. The algae cell consistence displays the trendency that descends after rising first with the fact that every effecting factors level value power-up within the range testing . The result shows that in the experimental exists the optimum temperature, total phosphorus (TP) and the ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), is that the temperature is 28℃, the general phosphorus is 0.15 mg/L , the ammonia nitrogen is 2 mg/L. In this study, the selected threee pH level of the value to the algae cell is not big. The four factors selected for the experiment effect to maximum algae cell date growth is in proper order, general temperature) phosphorus (TP)> ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N)> pH . Temperature regarding to maximum algae cell density date growth influence is that: as the three selected temperatures (22℃, 28℃, 35℃), the maximum algae cell density date growth takes on the tendency that presents one kind rises first falls as the ascend of temperature, and the optimum temperature for algae grow is 28℃. TP and NH3-N regarding to maximum algae cell density date growth influence is that: in the level of the selected range of values, the maximum algal cell density is on the same growth rate With the increase of the level of the value, and the optimum level for algae grow is the general phosphorus is 0.25 mg/L , the ammonia nitrogen is 6mg/L. The effect of pH to the growth of maximum of algae cell density date growth is not obvious.
