Ampoule bottles of water injection is a form of sealed vial, commonly used in the storage injection of drugs and vaccines, such as serum, etc. Because of it was regularity being stored sunlight in the process, and general ampoule bottle is a colorless and transparent, ultraviolet transmittance close to 100%, easily lead to drug ampoule bottle decomposition, deterioration, shortened shelf life of drugs and thus be harmful to the patient's good health. If add some additives to make it into the brown, and ultraviolet light was absorption to prevent photochemical reaction, then protection of the patient medication safety. Selection of the topic is of great value, industrial production is expected.Ampoule of the experiment through the brown glass bottle preliminary design, design based on several sets of glass composition, and a small quantity of additives added to the samples for chemical stability, thermal expansion coefficient, the determination of optical properties, to find the nearest glass of medicinal ingredients based on the standard glass in the existing experimental conditions, and analysis of additives on UV absorptioning and shading, clarifying preliminarly.Further the adoption of brown bottle glass ampoule Research and brown colored bottle glass ampoule to clarify that both the experimental study, the main effects of different Fe2O3, TiO2, C ratio on the impact of shading and different NaCl, CeO2 content on the clarification of the impact, through a series of component design, melting tests, samples and performance analysis of transmission spectra, to find a reasonable proportion of the coloring agent and clarifying agent ratio, and melting conditions suitable for the analysis of experimental results to explore the mechanism of the coloring and to clarify the mechanism. Research has shown that to clarify the effect of CeO2 addition, there are deeper colored glass, and the function of absorbing ultraviolet radiation.
