The gas reservoir in Huabei Oilfield are main of limestone hill, and are ultra-deep block, with the oil ring and bottom water of the condensate gas reservoir. The geological conditions are very complicated which made it difficult for the conventional Dewatering Gas Production by depth, high temperature, gas oil ratio, high content of condensate oil restrictions and is very difficult to implement. With the gas reservoir in Huabei Oilfield developed gradual deeper, side and bottom water activity is also gradually increased. Gas wells have begun production with water. Some have even been flooded and shut-in. To this end, a deep well, ultra-deep gas reservoir hill drainage composite gas lift technology research and application is developed. Combination of geological conditions of the limestone hill and the capacity of effluent characteristics of the gas source, various drainage Gas Production Technology are analyzed. Using the applicability of drainage gas, continuous gas-lift-based and supplemented by gas lift plunger compound Drainage Gas Technology are optimized. On the basic of gas-lift technique and technology of gas lift plunger, combining the specific situation of Su 1 gas reservoir, the continuous gas lift Dewatering Gas Production and gas lift plunger gas drainage technology are designed. The continuous gas lift and gas lift plunger & composite Dewatering Gas Production Field Test are developed in the well which product with water and shut down of Su Qiao gas reservoir. It achieved good effect. The technology has a strong scientific and practical, and solved the technical problems of deep and Ultra-deep drainage gas in limestone hill gas reservoir.
