With oil exploration and development of the degree of in-depth, as well as the world's rapidly growing demand for oil, heavy oil development in the oil exploitation has become increasingly important status. Our country the distribution of a wide range of heavy oil resources, heat recovery steam injection is an effective way to the exploitation of heavy oil. There is a lot of types of heavy oil reservoirs in the world. In particular, China's heavy oil has complex geological conditions. Continental sedimentary reservoir is a serious heterogeneity, as well as the thermal recovery project is based on heating oil, using energy-based economy with a certain level of economic risk. So, steam stimulation and steam flooding of heavy oil exploitation is a complex systematic project. But now the development of heavy oil steam injection technology is a more rough or incomplete consideration. The study of steam injection heavy oil development technology for economic and efficient exploitation of such reservoirs has guiding significance.This paper using numerical simulation methods studies the impact of direct steam injection wells of the factors that effect the exploitation of heavy oil, (geological parameters, the parameters of injection-production, well spacing pattern,wellbore heat transfer) on the basis of study at home and abroad to develop heavy oil steam injection technology; Vertical well steam stimulation on the base of cyclic oil production, using the method of orthogonal design on the fluid production rate, steam injection rate, injected intensity of steam, soak time, steam quality these five factors do optimal design of orthogonal. Vertical well steam flooding on the base of recovery percent of reserves, using the method of orthogonal design on the fluid production rate, steam injection rate, injection pressure, steam quality , occasion of change for steam stimulation these five factors do optimal design of orthogonal. It using numerical simulation methods studies the impact of factors of the combination of injection wells(Vertical wells and horizontal wells in combination, double combination of horizontal wells) at the exploitation of heavy oil in steam. It on the base of recovery percent of reserves, using the method of orthogonal design on the injection-production well spacing, horizontal length,steam injection rate,fluid production rate, steam quality for Vertical wells and horizontal wells in combination and double combination of horizontal wells these five factors do optimal design of orthogonal.Finally,It compares the effects of vertical well steam injection, failure type with hot-water injection and vertical well steam injection with mix well.
