Supplementing energy and maintaining pressure through water injection is a technique widely used in oil field for improving oil recovery rate. But existing injection strategy is ubiquitous high consuming energy and inefficient. And it is inefficient to injector and improve permeability and then improving crude oil recovery ratio is difficulty.This paper draws up design proposal of downhole injector tool with low-frequency hydraulic pressure plus based on the mechanism study of low-frequency hydraulic pressure plus that are proceeded at home and abroad. And then we design this tool and proceed parameters calculation and intensity checking of key parts. This paper analysis force stress states and working states base on fluid statics and fluid dynamics. The working process of downhole injecttion tool with low-frequency hydraulic pressure plus is resolved into process of energy storage and energy release. And the mathematical modal of flowrate variation and pressure variation of energy storage and energy release is established. This paper simulates hydraulic system of this tool by AMESim base on established mathematical modal.In this paper laboratory experiment of related assembly of downhole water injection tool with low-frequency hydraulic pressure plus is proceeded finally. And the results show that related properties meet the requirement. And the general experiment is not proceeded because the limiting of experimental condition. So we cannot confirm that the generated low-frequency hydraulic pressure plus can meet our initial design requirements.
