At the expense of using protective coating and cathodic protection anodefurnace method of smoke,fire tube joint protection. At the use of the protective coatinginert chemical and anti-fouling properties,oil sewerage in the hard-fouling coatings adhereto the surface,at the same time anti-corrosion coating also play a role; cathodic protectiontechnology to make heating furnace of fire and smoke control cathode tube to thepolarization-850mV below the surface inhibiting the electrochemical reaction and corrosionprotection,at the same time in the role of the electric field polarization,calcium andmagnesium ions,such as inhibiting the formation of salt scale precipitation.Through the mechanism of damage to the furnace drums fire protection technology andthe research to prevent and delay the tube furnace fire damaged the technicalcountermeasures to reduce the rate of damage to the furnace and the furnace to increase thethermal efficiency of the purpose of protecting oil production and security,saving the costof repairs is extremely important The practical significance.
