With many years's oil exploitation and development of Shengli Chengdao, it is a trend that the backpressure of the pipeline system end platform is getting higher and there is still some potential processing capacity. In order to solve this problem, based on the software PIPEPHASE and optimization theory, this thesis studied the operational moduler of Chengdao, build model, optionize the process simulation that fitting the gathering and transferring pipeline networks, optionize the design of infill wells.Firstly, base on the production runing data of the year of 2007, use PIPEPHASE software to analog computating six subsea gathering and transferring pipelines of Chengdao, pick up the most matching Hydraulic Calculating formula, control the error within 5%.Secondly, analyse some factors that influence pressure drop. Pick up the most matching flow efficiency, deduction the relationship between running life and flow efficiency, deduction the relationship between viscosity break and pressure drop.In the thermal calculation, parameter K is reverse calculated and the tolerance is controlled under 10%.Finally, base on the production runing data of the year of 2008 to 2009, use the optional formula to simulate,find the problem of pipeline network and adjust. Option the design of infill well.
