In this paper, many two-phase flow pipeline vibration experiments were carried out at the large-scale multiphase flow loop of storage and transportation department in China University of Petroleum (East China), with water and air as medias. Vibration characteristics and mechanism about stratified pipe flow, bubble flow, annular flow and slug flow type of gas-liquid two-phase flow were analyzed, with experimental datas and combination of pressure, pressure drop, flow, et al flow parameters of pipeline. And the influence of gas-liquid flow parameters on pipeline was analysed. The influence of pressure fluctuation and gas-liquid pulse of slug flow on bending pipe was analysed detailedly. And the contact between the property of two-phase flow and vibration was set up.Modeling of the structure of the experimental pipeline with the FEA software ANSYS, inherent property of pipeline vibration and influence of pipeline structure on the vibration of two-phase flow were analysed.And vibration protection measures were brought forward.Application of ANSYS software, the analysis of transient dynamics of L-type and U-bend pipe with strong vibration because of gas-liquid alternate force, was carried out. So vibration response of pipe structure was got, providing a theoretical basis for the safe design of pipeline.
