It is the aluminum reduction production managers and scientific workers focus issue and study popular point on energy saving,consumption decreasing and exhaust reducing in aluminum production in domestic and aborad. Based on the relative aluminum reduction technology and many years working experienc, take the 300kA pot as the study object, study the aluminum reduction pot's relative process technique optimism during the production and develop the new control technology, and reach the following conclusions:Firstly, Combining our company 300KA pot practical production situation, we think it exists the shortage that magnetic field are not mach the production technique in the initial design. So it must optimize the process conditions to make up the initial shortage. The author totally analyzes the reduction process technique condition through bath temperature,bath ratio,alumina concentration,anode effect,distance between anode bottom and aluminium level,bath level and metal level, and make the optimize test by comparing method. From the result it shows that the current efficiency increase from 92.5% to 92.72% after the optimization.Secondly, Through the technique indexes have certain improvment by the optimization test, but it still has a great gap comparing with world. So it need to find one control system to monitor the reduction production on line and reduce the manual interference to result the production fluctuations and try to improve the current efficiency to a high level. From the production statistics, the current increase to 94.8% by developing the text and adopting the "double balance". It is 2.08% than before.Thirdly, Through the study on the paper, it not only improves the current to a leading level in domestic but also get the obvious the benefits on energy saving and consumption reducing as well as environment protection. Anode effect coefficient decreases from 0.3 before to 0.05. After adopting the "double balance", the pot is running cleanly and stably, and the pot cavity more regularly and pot ledge hardly, meanwhile, the pot life can be reached to 1800 days and far more than the design 1500 days. So it reduces the invest cost for company.
