| The property,usage,production and the transport distribution in environment of organochlorinated pesticides are described in this paper.Simultaneously different methods of the enrichment,the purification and analys is are systematically presented. The advance and development of research in this field was described in detail.The pollution of organochlorinated pesticide in residues of sediments in Poyang Lake was investigated and assessed.Nine common organochlorinated pesticides as target pollutants,such as HCB,p,p'-DDD,p,p'-DDT,o,p'-DDT,p,p'-DDE,α-HCH,β-HCH,γ-HCH,δ-HCH,were determined.This study analyzed chlorinated pesticides of sediments in Poyang Lake.By testing all sample in poyang lake in sediments,HCHs pollution is the main source of Ganjiang River,DDTs pollution is the main source of Xinjiang River;In poyang Lake District,the DDTs had higher concentrations than HCHs.The average values of them were DDTs;Poyang lake in sediments were obvious higher than HCHs.HCHs and DDTs of sediments in poyang Lake were lower than those of sediments in Chinese rivers,but higher than changjiang river reported in some papers;In Kanshan of poyang Lake,the DDT,DDE,DDD,HCH isomers, Hexachlorobenze were measured some of samples.δ-HCH,γ-HCH andβ-HCH had higher concentrations than others.Vertical Distribution Characteristics of Organochlorinated Pesticides in Sedimentary kanshan Core of Poyang Lake explain usage of organochlorinated pesticide.The organochlorine residues in sediments mainly originated form the runoff, atmospherically deposition and industrial sewage.According to the ERL and ERM value of risk evaluation for ocean which can also be applied for lake,sediments in poyang Lake pose a low risk to consumers of bottom feeders. |
