As the gradually development of rural urbanization and industrialization in Poyang Lake area, the problem of water pollution in Poyang Lake area emerge frequently,and the safety problem of underground water in rural regional have also caused more attention. At the same time, in recent years, flood, drought and other natural disasters occur frequently, and they have caused suddenly impacts on the underground water by the way of the diffusion or migration of little and non-point source pollutant. Therefore, it is urgent for us to monitor the contamination levels of groundwater in rural,to study the mechanism of point, non-point source pollution and to evaluate its effects on human health.We have done analysis of the groundwater sampling based on the field investigation, collection and analysis of local hydrological data,and then studied the concentration of groundwater pollution factor in13counties of Poyang Lake area.The results showed that all the rural drinking water sampling have a good quality for all not exceeding the hygienic standards of drinking water.The Sequence of coefficient of7kinds toxic factors was Pb>Cr>NH4-N>Cu>Zn>Cd>NO3-N, and the variation of coefficient of Pb, Cr are maximum, respectively is1.870,1.819.In addition,the study of the effect of industrial, agricultural and aquaculture of Poyang Lake area on rural underground drinking water was agricultural pollution>chemical pollution>shellfish farming>rural domestic water>breeding crabs>dump>fishery> poultry farming>human and animal feces, agricultural pollution is the main factor that caused the nitrate nitrogen of groundwater exceed the standard of drinking water.We have also applied the model of health risk assessment on the research of the groundwater effects on human health, and assessed the health risk levels of human by the way of drinking poison factor into the human body.The results showed that the personal average annual risk of carcinogenic caused by Cd,Cr were low, respectively were6.02x10-7/a,7.84x10-6/a compared with the carcinogenic risk threshold of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP)recommended,range5×10-5~10-4/a;the average annual risk of Zn were far more than other non-carcinogens, thus were the main risk factor. The gene toxic substance accounted for98%proportions of the average total risk of poison personal health.Through the analysis and evaluation of the groundwater and surface water quality of flood disaster area in the changkai levee, Fuzhou. we have discovered that the groundwater and surface water pollution level in Tail area was most serious compared with other areas, and partial area were still polluted seriously. We can draw a conclusion that the underground drinking water pollution caused by Flood disaster mainly Originate from three aspects:one is to bring in the large number of pollutants of other regions; the other is to make pollution substance in Flooded area gather together to make the water quality pollution increase sharply; the last one is the osmosis of surface and soil pollution in short time caused by floods. As we knows,flood disasters have became more and more serious cases in the area of Poyang Lake, and the regional flood will enlarge the effects of human factors, thus indirectly causing the sudden major pollution of drinking water.
