Compared with aerobic biological treatment technology,anaerobic biological treatment technique with a high load factor,low power and low sludge yield advantages.In the thesis,research on the preparation of high-efficient ceramisites and functions,construction of compound anaerobic bacteria,immobilization microorganisms on high-efficient ceramisites and applicate to deal with low concentration in the anaerobic filter.The ceramisites preparation experiments illustrate the optimized formula:fly ash 55g,cement 15 g,DT-5 2.5 g,γ-A2O3 1.5g,PAM 4 g,gypsum 2 g,quicklime 20 g. The physical-chemical properties test and SEM pictures show that the ceramisites have advantages of 31.274 m2/g specific surface area,coarse surface,high porosity, light weigt,acid-alkaline resistance and long life to be the bio-carrier in AF.The construction of compound anaerobic bacteria and the process conditions of domestic sewage treatment were studied in the thesis.Experimental results illustrate that the compound anaerobic bacteria CHFH-1 is superior to others with niche separation and mutualism,and the best process conditions are:pH7.2,temparature of anaerobic incubator 35℃.CHFH-1 seed liquid 9 ml was inoculated into 50 ml sterilized domestic sewage in 150 ml conical flask under the mentioned best process conditions,and after 8 days CODcr removal efficiency by CHFH-1 is 73.18%.On the basis of ceramisites preparation functionalization experiment(including acidification,silanization(KH-507),glutaraldehyde-treated) was performed for surface modification to obtain ceramisites with better properties.Experimental results illustrate the best conditions:CHCl 0.05 mol/L,volume concentration of silicamethybenzene 10%,mass fraction of glutaraldehyde 0.7%.The microorganism loading under the best process conditions is 15.37 mg/g which is a suitable level.In low concentration domestic sewage treatment,keeping certain hydraulic load and 6h HRT biofilm was cultured(by ordinary sluge) 12 days in nano-modified ceramisites with CODcr removal efficiency 52.7%,compared by unfunctionalized ceramisites(cultured by ordinary sluge with biofilm hangimg time 10 days) with CODcr removal efficiency 57.9%and functionalized cerarnisites(cultured by ordinary sluge with biofilm hangimg time 8 days) with CODcr removal efficiency 68.7%and functionalized ceramisites(cultured by CHFH-1 with biofilm hangimg time 7 days) with CODcr removal efficiency 79.2%.The kinetic research show that the relation of COD degradation rate and COD concentration in AF is the first order reaction.When COD concentration of influent is 197mg/L,the empirical degradation rate equation(of functionalized ceramisites culturimg by CHFH-1 is rCOD=dCCOD/dt=0.2807CCOD-0.1082(mg / L·h)The response rate was significantly higher than that of nano- ceramisites modified and of the ceramisites biofimed by ordinary sluge.
