The choices and applications of catalysts are the key techniques in the fine chemicals. Developing new green catalyst is a heal research area now. This paper takes ionic liquids as starting point,studies the application of ionic liquids in esterification and epoxidation.Some kinds of Brφnsted acid ionic liquids based on N-methylpyrrolidinone, N-methylimidazole as cations and HSO4- , H2PO4- as anion were synthesized and characterized, the catalytic activity of the acidic ionic liquids for the synthesis of methyl oleate was investigated. The results showed that the catalytic activity and the acid of ionic liquids is closely related; when n(methanol):n(oleic acid)=1.5:1, W(HnmpHSO4)=5%W(oleic acid ),T=100℃and t=2 h, the yield of methyl oeate could be 98%without removal of water during the esterificaion. After the reaction, ionic liquids and esters are two phases, when the ionic liquids were used repeatedly 5 times, it still remain a higher catalytic activity.The epoxidation of fatty acid methyl esters, with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by a new tungsten catalyst 1-methyl-3-butylimidazoliumdecatungstate-[Bmim]W10O2 in [Bmim][BF4] ionic liquid is described. The epoxides are obtained in high yield, catalyst can be recycled and the reaction conditions are simple and environmentally benign.The best reaction conditions are reaction temperature 60℃, time 5h, dropping speed of H2O2 controlled in 1h.Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester with the compound ATBC as plasticizers applied in PVC disposable gloves,through the formulation and adjustment of the production process,disposable pvc glove can be obtained apparent,the physical properties of production requirements . Compared with DINP on the market currently, found that PVC prepared with environmental plasticizer is both flexibility and stability to meet the requirement.
