Magnesium and magnesium alloys are the lightest among all the metal materials in 21 century. And the magnesium is one of element which is the richest in the earth. Its development and application get more and more concerns to the unique property. Magnesium alloy becomes one of "the youngest " in the metal structure . The recent years magnesium alloy outcome increase about 25% every yeah, which decide their promising application. in the whole world.Under the industry production specification , the cooling speed of magnesium alloy when the casting is quick, so the casting ingot is very hard to come by the completely balanced organizations. It must carry on the uniform heat treatment to the casting ingot before the plastic deformation. As casting condition of magnesium alloy AZ80 and ZK60 have been studied, having carried on the uniform heat treatment to the casting ingot, and pattern, organizations, components have been studied. And fracture analysis of magnesium alloy AZ80, plastic deformation could be happened in which temperature. Thus the optimum technology time and temperature were reached.On the MMS-200 thermal simulation press machine, the rheological performance of magnesium alloy AZ80 and ZK60 of different temperature with deformation speed denatures by thorough and detailed analysis, regular pattern of stress-strain is reached in the article. The stress model of magnesium alloy AZ80 and ZK60 are built when the high temperature deformation. Certification indicate that the stress model when becoming deformed of magnesium alloy AZ80 and ZK60's high temperature can better be described the high temperature of alloy and become deformed the action . At the same time the organizations of magnesium alloy AZ80 change and dynamic recrystallization trends are studied.Thermal simulation press machine was applied for metal formation. Magnesium alloy AZ80 have been studied, and the numerical simulation of power spinning magnesium alloy steel have been studied.. The optimum parameter of simulation is got.
