Byproduct-hydrogen purification process research solves the problem of byproduct-hydrogen purification of cholor-alkali plants. High purity Product-hydrogen can be got by Researching and utilizating purification device, which effectively improves hydrogen's utilization. Hydrogen's recovery not noly decreases environment pollution due to the evacuation of byproduct-hydrogen directly but also brings great economic benefit to cholor-alkali enterprises.Hydrogen is high efficiency and clean energy resources and has a wide application field. With the era of clean energy, hydrogen plays an improtant role in future energy system. Byproduct-hydrogen of the cholor-alkali plants provide abundant valuable hydrogen-rich gas but much has not been made full use. Many cholor-alkali plants evacuate hydrogen or only use it as boier fuel. So the study of byproduct-hydrogen purification process and device is signality to cholor-alkali plants.The subject makes a comparatively perfect purification process based on study and the byproduct-hydrogen parameters of cholor-alkali plants, and designs key devices on the basis of purification process. The main research contents of the subject are as follows:1. Make the total process flow. To make a byproduct-hydrogen purification process of cholor-alkali plants on the base of summarizing former research results and own experiences, and with continuously improvement and innovation.2. Select the cholrine removal reagent. To improve the cholrine removal reagent by experiments which compare the cholrine removal performance and select sodium sulfide as reducing solution.3. Determine the selection, amount and loading pattern of adsorbents. To determine adsorbent's kinds amount and loading by comparing performance and calculating amount of adsorbents.4. design the key devices. To design the key devices in the flow sheet such as elution tower adsorption tower and electric heater and provide relevant drawings on the basis of row material gas parameters and product-hydrogen index requirements.5. Debug the purification devices on site.
