This paper with Phosphate fertilizer companies provide of contain the chlorine industrial wastewater as raw material, the adoption liquid-liquid extraction to contain the chlorine wastewater recycling. Treated wastewater can be returned to the production of sodium fluosilicate, ammonium chloride can be by-producted at the same time.Extraction experiments in the laboratory study, passed the single factor experiment to measurese content of the organic phase diluent, the volume of organic phase to water phase ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time to extraction rate of influence. On this basis, get the acidic industrial wastewater with low concentration of chlorine (Cl 3.05% of the water content) best extraction conditions by orthogonal experiment, namely:organic phase diluent content of 30%, the organic phase and the aqueous phase of the volume ratio of 1:1, the extraction time was 10 min, extraction temperature of 20℃. By stripping the orthogonal experiment, has been stripping the optimum conditions: the stripping temperature is 40℃, stripping time 30min,8% the amount of ammonia is 1.4, NH4Cl best content in ammonia is 23%.This thesis through continuous small scale experiments in the pulsed sieve-plate column with effective height 790mm, diameter 40mm, outside diameter 50mm, plate spacing of 26.33mm, sieve plate and ring structure, ring diameter 39mm, inner diameter of ring 16mm,32mm diameter plate to optimize the operating characteristics. The results show that the Cl- content of 3.05% of the waste as raw material, extraction temperature is 20℃, extraction of the feed ratio V1:Vo= 4:1, retention time of 10min, namely:raw wastewater feed flow rate was 0.33 ml / s, feed flow rate of extraction solvent was 1.32ml / s, this condition is the best operating condition. Extraction under the best conditions is better than the laboratory experiment.According to the above, industrial pulsed sieve-plate column is obtained in the design specification of wastewater flow rate 313530t/y and the concentration of Cl- from 3.05% down to 0.72%. Scale up and design of pulsed sieve-plate column, the tower diameter 2.5m, the effective height 26m, on separates the section and under separates the section diameter 3.75m, the heights are both 5m. Through economic estimates recycling research of the wastewater with chlorine from phosphate fertilizer by-product sodium fluosilicate,13.2389 million yuan in total economic benefits.Recycling research of the wastewater with low concentration of chlorine from phosphate fertilizer by-product sodium fluosilicate, the achievement of waste recycling of resources, environmental protection and economic efficiency of enterprises has important reality meanings. This thesis provide for future industrial production of the experimental data and theoretical basis.
