In order to economize the precious and rare metal materials, and make the best of the physical, chemical and mechanical property of various metal materials, the product of metal composite material is widely developed. The same or different kinds of metal plates with big area can be firmly combined by explosive welding instantly. As a result, the special advantage of producing the composite plate of similar metal gets the favor from the industry.This article makes a study on the bimetal explosive welding of Cr12/Q235 and T12/Q235:(1)The thesis optimizes experiment parameters of the explosive welding, using the inquiry system of the explosive welding, designed by myself. And the unit area dose, the board the spacing and blasting explosive thickness are obtained.(2)The HZ-1002A open shed computer and the unit crystal servo flowing tubing head pressure universal testing machine is used to do the pull- shear strength mechanics performance test of the explosive welding T12-Q235 test specimen. And through the test, the load - distortion curve and the load - time curve is obtained, and the pull-shear strength is calculated.(3)Using the HXD-1000R micro-sclerometer, the micro-hardness test is carried on the parent metal, T12-Q235 and Cr12-Q235, and the union area contact surface. It finally indicates that this experiment conforms to the general rule of micro-hardness. Namely, the micro-hardness of union area contact surface is higher than that of parent metal, and the parent metal after welding is higher than it is welded.(4)The metallography atlas observation is carried on the parent metal and the union area contact surface of Cr12-Q235 and the T12-Q235, using the metallography microscope. The results show that, there is obvious profile on the welding region, and unidirection displacement occurs to the atomic condition on the welding slit both sides, and the cover- metal plate is melting.(5)Using the JSM-6490LA scanning electron microscope, the observation is carried on the appearance, the shape of the Cr12-Q235, the T12-Q235 parent metal and the union area contact surface. To determine the effect of the explosive welding, the atomic contents of parent metal and the union area contact surface is mensurated. The results indicate that the two sides of welding joint is ataxia, and the dehiscence occurs.
