With digital, network, and the advance of automation technology, printing technology has made rapid development. Ink presetting technology as one of the control modules plays a significant role. According to prepress data, it can automatically adjust ink key to reduce the number of test printed and then publish ahead of time. Ink presetting, accessing formations such as dot area ratio from prepress data, and considering the other possible factors to set up the function between dot area ratio and the ink key opening, and then set the ink in each part of print preliminary. Based on the analysis of international and domestic common printing ink zone control methods ,this paper put forward a way a way which hold tiff images after RIP as basic source images , then obtain the data of ink zone through compression and conversion process. On the basis of identification system, we construct a closed-loop mathematics model of ink zone control,finding the relations between dot area of the digital printing and the ink key opening . By verified and simulated ,it is provided that: 1 the ink zone data of this system is from tiff source image with dot compensation ,so the data is accurate and reliable 2 Based on the identification theory of nonlinear model, we can effectively make up error which are produced in the process of the printing .3 he Mathematical Model which built by system about data from source images to ink zone is convenient in account and have good precision , stability and so on .If this result applies to printing production, it can provide theoretical support for total-digital printing workflow and improve printing quality...
