| Spectrometer is the process of analytical instruments. In the field of industrial control, it is playing a more and more important role. It will not damage and consume the sample in the process of analysis. It is the representative of Green analysis.The Fourier transform spectrometer has been widely used in many fields such as chemistry, biology, medicine and so on. In order to get the spectrum information, the Fourier transform spectrometer changes interfering picture to disperse digital information and then make a Fourier transform.The article analyzes the theory of Fourier Transform Spectrometer. The main work is modified the Michelson interferometer into a Fourier Transform Spectrometer. I designed and produced 'Moving Mirror Control System', 'Data Processing Software.' It solves the problem of the interfere-gram shocks. I use VB (Visual Basic) language to program a collection procedure. After testing, the spectrometer has smaller error. It can be used for physics experiment teaching. |
