Water shortage and water pollution is the main problems to the world's fresh water resources and it is also the challenge to China's rapid economic growth.Using the reclaimed water resources rationaliy and efficientivly is one of the important research in Hydrology and Water Resources Discipline.Electric power industry is one of our country's important industries,with the increasing energy consumption,coal-fired power plant emissions of wastewater,as well as the rapid growth of fly ash not only caused serious environmental pollution,but also exacerbated the supply of water and energy conflicts.Rational development and utilization reclaimed water of power plants,maximize waste water recycling plant is an important measure to protect water resources;fly ash resources can be also developed,especially for aspects of civil construction materials,and fly ash contain fixed carbon,activated silica,activated alumina,hollow glass beads,iron,manganese and other useful components,each component can be used as separate resources and energy wealth.So treated the plant waste water and fly ash as a resource,Study the use and utilization are great significant to our country's economic development and environmental protection.Based on the analysis of Jungar coal-fired power plant waste water and fly ash characteristics we can found that all types of power plant emissions have relatively large differences in water quality of wastewater,fly ash physico-chemical properties is basically similar.According to the characteristics,we put forward the comprehensive utilization of practical programs,in particular alumina extraction of the best technical solutions,while recycling the ferrosilicon resources which is riched in flyash.According to the experimental results,proposed the best ways to use the water and fly ash resources of Jungar coal-fired power plant and explored on a low energy consumption,producing less residue,extraction rate,no new pollution,the low cost,high-profit,technical implementation process simple, easy to achieve the extraction methods of industrialization.The main results obtained are as follows:(1) Summary of coal-fired power plant fly ash and reclaimed water resources the status quo of utilization,analysis extraction technology of alumina in fly ash,pointed out the questions of its existence,propose a new process line. (2) Analysis the basic characteristics of reclaimed water resources and fly ash in Jungar coal-fired power plant,and experimental simulation of waste water recycling plant in the water as the experiment,and experimental extraction of alumina in fly ash.(3) Through the thermodynamic calculation,analysis shows that the possibility of the various components of fly ash in the reaction sintering process and to draw the best experimental conditions of the calcination.(4) Through theoretical,experimental and computational analysis shows that use modified acid-base law and the second exsolution law,the use of flooding,hydrochloric acid leaching of fly ash sintered products,separation the gel,obtained the purity alumina products,and by adjusting the concentration of alkali solution to make Fe(OH)3 exist in the form of a sol, alkali solution washed several times to improve its purity.(5) Recycling the sodium carbonate,hydrochloric acid recoveried in the experimental process, reduce production costs.
