It is always a difficult problem to realize high-efficient and low-consumption disposal of high nitiogen and low carbon tation wastewater in the wastewater treatment field. Accumulation of nitrogen in water envirment has induced serious deterioration to the quality of water envirment. For the conventional biological nitrification-denitrification.C/N ration below 2.5, sufficient denitrification cannot be achieved at all without the use of external carbon sources, so it is unfit to removal nitrogen from these wastewaters.Based on the latest research findings on biological nitrogen removal on low C/N ration and high strength nitrogen wastewater in both demestic and abroad, used combine nitrosificat -ion-ANAMMOX (Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation) process to treate high-nitrogen and low-carbon wastewater. Start-up and aptimization of partial nitrification matched with ANAMMOX was studied in SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) with diffient response partmenters by using normal activated sludge as inoculating sludge, the ANAMMOX reactor was started up from the UASB (Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed) Reactor, finally the combine nitrosification -ANAMMOX process for treatement low C/N wastewater with high strength ammonia was achieved.The experiment results show that effective accumulation of NO2--N with the temperature about 26±1℃,DO(dissolve oxygen) concentration of 0.4-1.0mg/L,pH about 7.5-8.5,COD of 150 mg/L. But TN(total nitrogen) always has a losing about 20%-30%.Basted on experiment dates, this article deduces the dynamic model of effective accumulation about NO2--N : concenteation about NH4+-N:Se=(?), productive rate of NO2- -N:(?).ANAMMOX is a very efficitive process with temperature about35±1℃,pH about 7.5-8.5,no additional carbon source. At the same time, about 80% NO2 --N and NH4+-N was converted to N2; combine Nitrosification-ANAMMOX process operated about 20 days shows that ANAMMOX can adapt to Nitiosification, the average removal of TN was 70.8%.
