The denitrification of wastewater is always one of the hot topic of study of sewage treatment.The technology of traditional removaling nitrogen and the new technology of removaling nitrogen was developed constantly such as short-cut nitration-denitrification,aerobic denitrifictation and simultaneous nitrification-denitrification.However,the traditional technology of removaling nitrogen colud not deal with the wastewater of low carbon and high ammonium-nitrogen.The reason is that the traditional technology of removaling nitrogen not only caused waste of energy,secondary pollution,high cost but also the quality of effluent could not achieve the standard of water emission.While the technology of ANAMMOX,causing of itself characteristic,has many advantages to deal with this wastewater.The study was mainly on treatment wastewater of Low C/N Ratio and highammonium-nitrogen of nitrosification in SBR–ANAMMOX in compound UASB process.The efficiency and process condition was studied to accelerate widely application of combined process.The study used the wastewater of high concentration and low C/N as the tested water which the wastewater was simulated.The combined process of the shortcut nitrosification in SBR-ANAMMOX in UASB was as reactor.The study was on the realization of nitrogenation on SBR and influence factors,the efficiency ability of removaling nitrogenation of the ANAMMOX in UASB and the efficiency ability of combined process of the shortcut nitrosification in SBR-ANAMMOX in UASB dealing with the wastewater of high concentration and low C/N.Experimental studies of nitrosification in SBR matching to anammox have shown that the culterm ethods was that nitrifying bacteria was heavyed and then cultivated the nitrifying bacteria to ammonia-oxidizing bacteria.The experimental was tested under continuously aeration and the SBR shortcut nitrosification reactor was started under the methods of inflow?instant?-aeration?7h?-sedimentation and drainage?1h?-standby?1h?.The stable running of nitrosation process under high ammonia nitrogen loads conditions was effectively achieved with the methods of inffluent NH4+-N concentration added continuously by 50mg/L.The shortcut nitrosification was perfect under the temperate at 2830 centigrade degree,pH stabling at7.08.0,the concentration of DO around 1.0mg/L,the concentration of CODCr below 100mg/L,the concentration of Mn2+below 10mg/L.The removal rate of NH4+-N and accumulation rate of NO2--N were above 90%.The studies showed that the shortcut nitrosification was realized stably with the temperate at 26 centigrade degree and the concentration of DO below 1.0mg/L.This methods could effectively reduce the running cost and power cost.The studies showed that the ANAMMOX in UASB reactor was started with anaerobic sludge as the seeded sludge,simulate effluent of nitrosification in SBR as influent.The influence of the total load increasing period on ANAMMOX was tested,during the peiod of stability,with the methods of inffluent NH4+-N concentration added continuously by 50mg/L and the concentration of NO2--N was changed with the different of the inffluent NH4+-N concentration,the NH4+-N/NO2--N around 1:1.32 and the stable running of ANAMMOX process under high ammonia nitrogen loads conditions was effectively achieved.The effect of ANAMMOX was perfect and the removal rates of NH4+-N and NO2--N were both above 90%when the temperate was at 2830 centigrade degree,pH stabling at 7.08.0,the HRT controlling at 12h,the concentration of CODCr below 100mg/L,the concentration of Mn2+below 10mg/L and the argon was shooted into the influent water to removal DO with 15min.The experimental studies have shown that the Mn2+could accelerate the ANAMMOX as the trace element when the Mn2+concentration below 15mg/L.The SBR reactor and the UASB reactor were multi-agent after the SBR reactor and the UASB reactor nitrosification in SBR reactor could conduct stably.Then the experimental studies was tested which combined process of the shortcut nitrosification in SBR-ANAMMOX in UASB dealed with the wastewater of high concentration and low C/N.The nitrogen removaling ability of this SBR-UASB combined process was perfact.The average removal rate of NH4+-N and CODCr were 82.914%,67.463%during the period of stability.The combined process of the shortcut nitrosification–ANAMMOX solved the disadvantages of traditional denitrosification technology on the fields of conducting the wastewater of high concentration and low C/N.The combined process not only did reduce running cost but also accelerate the process of the denitrosification technology.
