Regarding to enhancing the hardness as well as the resistance to wear of steel surface, the traditional surface treatment method was still important method. But,they also have the insufficiency such as consuming too much energy, polluting environment, low efficiency. This article discussed the feasibility of the liquid phase plasma to strengthen steel surface from anode and the negative pole liquid phase plasma. The anode liquid phase plasma treatment process took the 45~# steel specimen as the anode, took the stainless steel as the negative pole, the electrolyte was the aluminate system, exerted the high-pressured pulse voltage to two poles.According proceeding the specimen which was directly processed, and the specimen which was phosphorizes, the difference was distinct. It showed that the specimen which was corroded and then quenched obtained the best effect.Negative pole liquid phase plasma process used the glycol - sodium chloride electrolyte, takes the specimen(Q235 steel,45~#steel,1Cr18Ni9Ti) as negative pole, the graphite as anode, exerted the high-pressured pulse voltage between two poles, product arc discharge, plasma to the test specimen.According being proceeded, the plain steel(Q235 steel,45~#steel) showed the decarbonization, but the hardness of stainless steel specimen surface was distinct enhanced, through XRD analysis there existed massive Fe-Cr-Ni-C and Fe-C.This article has obtained the certain effect of the anode liquid phase plasma and negative liquid phase plasma processing, but this research still was only original research,so that it urgently awaited to be solved, needed the researcher continue to work hard on this research.
