Metal electrolyte-plasma polishing as one of the highly efficient and advancedpolishing technology, which can be carried out by the various components andcomplex shape parts of the metal alloy.Electrolyte-plasma polishing. Polishingtechniques is established on the basis of ion chemistry and electrochemical polishingprocess, which is a set of polishing, degreasing, descaling and other leadinginternational processing methods. Electrolyte-plasma polishing is suitable for a widerange of metal complex shape parts to processing. It can effectively reduce the surfaceroughness of the metal parts. It can also improve the finish of parts, improve theprocessing parts of the corrosion resistance, improve part mechanical structuralstrength. This paper analysis the polishing factors That influence the copper alloyelectrolytes-plasma polishing(such as solution temperature, concentration, processingtime, dive depth, the solution flow rate, etc.) This paper has done a series ofexperiments of H62brass material to explore the metal electrolyte-ion polishingprocess method, the effect of the polished parts of the surface properties of thematerials.Through anlysising the part surface rounghness values drawn by theorthogonal test,This paper has tested the main order and the optimal combination offive factors on the polishing effect the validation of the test result can also be obtain bythe orthogonal test. Moreover, The validation of the test results.By anlysising the effectof the material removal rate, surface roughness, corrosion resistance, temperature, concentration, processing time, dive depth, solution flow rate on the surface propertiesof materials, polishing, and this paper ultimately come to the method of optimizationof the polishing process. After obtaining the optimized polishing process method, the test of the surfaceproperties before and after polishing parts is given. Results obtained after the detectionof parts of the surface morphology was improved, parts of the surface roughness of Rareduce from0.683μm to0.176μm. AC impedance test results show that obtained byusing electrochemical methods to detect the size of its corrosion resistance, thematerial capacitance arc increases, and the polarization curve test results show that thecurrent density is reduced from9.664e-006A to1.770e-006A, and the materialcorrosion resistance has been significantly enhanced, the brightness of parts of thesurface has been improved to level5.The parts of the surface is smooth and shiny, material surface hardness is reduced from151.61to117.63. From the analysis andcomparison of the surface of the part performance shows that the verification of thecopper alloy electrolytes-ions has optimized the polishing process.
