The water quality and quantity of Shenmu Methanol Factory production wastewater is variety big,the SS have great capacity,the content of coal powder is high,the content of ammonia-nitrogen is high and the proportion of carbon and nitrogen is serious maladjustment. This kind of effluent is belonged to comparative difficult processing of coal-chemical industry wastewater.This research aim at the characteristic of the wastewater,combining the present condition of the wastewater disposal and the existent problem,based on comprehensive investigation,research and theories analytical,combine the condition of wastewater disposal station,we startup physical-chemical and SBR process to dispose methanol wastewater and applied experimentation research,offer parameter and practice experience to apply and generalize this process in coal-chemical industry wastewater disposal field.The industrial startup experiment research include starting up physical-chemistry pretreatment,cultivating germ and domesticating sludge in SBR pool,and experimenting with continuously launching of this process,analyzing the experiment result of this process startup process.Investigated the reaction mechanism and the characteristic microorganism of the physical-chemical and SBR process disposing methanol production wastewater,confirming the process route and technique parameter of the process disposing this kind of wastewater. The result of experiment shows that:The CODcr in effluent is below 60 mg/L,the ammonia-nitrogen is below 25 mg/L,the BOD5 is below 10 mg/L,the SS declined to below 70 mg/L,the removal rate of CODcr,ammonia-nitrogen are both above 90%,SS is about 87.7%,The effluent quality met the requirement of class two of the national integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).The industrial application experiment research main investigate CODcr,SS,DO,MLSS etc,aim at the content of ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater changes,we analyze the process of the process biology remove nitrogen,and carry on the application experiment research on contrasting adding different quantity of carbon source in the denitrification phase.The result of experiment shows that:In the stage of denitrification,when control C/N about 2.5 in SBR pool,the concentration of ammonia-nitrogen in effluent below 10 mg/L,the effect of biology remove nitrogen is better.Using the efficient biology nutrition as the external carbon source, can stabilify the DO in SBR pool about 1.5-2.0 mg/L,the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen is above 90%,stabilify MLSS about 2000-3000 mg/L,can also add alkalinity,the disposal effect is better than impurity methanol.In this paper deduce the SBR pool dynamics mode of aerobic reaction phase.Through the economy analysis,the disposal expense of this process is 1.62 yuan/m3,it is clear that this process dispose methanol wastewater have economy,society,environment benefit.This research had offered the essential operation parameter,rational technological scheme for the application of physical-chemical and SBR process to dispose Shenmu Methanol Factory manufacturing wastewater,it ensure that wastewater disposal station smooth put into production and steadily launch.It have great meanings in ensuring sustainable development of methanol industrial economics and environment,the smooth launch of coal-chemical industry environment protect enterprise.At the same time,it also fulfill the basic national policy of protecting environment by way of implementing the sustainable development tactic.
