The characteristic of a chemical production of Shenhua coalmethanol wastewater is high ammonia nitrogen and available organic compound,which belongs to the less readily biodegradable industrial organic wastewater. Thestudy aims at the characteristic of the methanol wastewater, combining the presentcondition of the wastewater disposal and adopting SBR process to deal with methanolwastewater, which provide the basis for the application and popularization incoal chemical industry wastewater treatment.In the study it can control Flocculant and its dosage and the Coagulant dosage bythe high-efficiency clarifier to remove SS, and can control the SBR aeration time,discharging the amount of residual sludge and the DO by the small scale test to reducethe SV30and MLSS, and dealing with the wastewater by the SBR process to make theeffluent quality reach the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996)one-level standard.Through the physical-chemical pretreatment it determine the Flocculant to bePolyaluminium Chloride (PAC), which of the best dosage is175mg/L,and he bestdosage of the Coagulant Polyacrylamide (PAM) is3.0mg/L,making the SSremoval rate is78%; According to the small scale test (simulating SBR process), itcan come to conclusion about the best operating condition: being in a24Lplastic buckets, the inlet water being the outlet after coagulation treatment of thehigh-efficiency clarifier, the water temperature being at30℃,pH being in7.5-8.5,full load flow being2L/h, the SBR operation cycle is9h (water+aeration1h, aeration5h, static1h, decanter1h, idle1h), aeration time being6h, DO being2.5mg/L,\discharging the amount of residual sludge being2.0L/d. The can make SV30and MLSS decrease to the normal range, MLVSS/MLSS increase from0.47to0.62after the treatment.The industrial application is in stable operation under the best conditions of thesmall test, and the last the SBR process deal with the wastewater, the effluent qualityof COD, NH3-N and SS reach the Integrated Wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996) one-level standards.
