Along With the people's growing energy demand and continuous improvement to environmental quality requirements , as the international arena in recent years developed a new generation of efficient, low-pollution clean-burning boilers, circulating fluidized bed boilers have been rapidly spread. Because of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is a multi-input multi-output variables and the complexity of interrelated object control, manual control is difficult to obtain satisfactory results. The use of computer technology, automation technology is made the circulating fluidized bed boiler's comprehensive automation of process control is one of the main study aspect in the field of the automation. it is a very important practical significance of research topics.This dissertation put the trumph Group of Daqing Oilfield Company long feng industrical company thermal Circulating fluidized bed boiler development of automatic control system to be the background, combine on the current prevalence of advanced control strategies and programs, aim at 2 dais 29MW circulating fluidized bed boiler technology features, based on the original conventional instrument control system components ,configuration of its advanced DCS monitor system. On this basis, the research and development of a set of boiler combustion control and heat balance control network in the circulating fluidized bed boiler and heating network monitoring system balance. While each Users attain enough heat energy, this can be required to enable the lowest cost .There are so much monitoring points ,relatively complex in the Boiler - heating network monitoring system ,so we compose the monitor of relatively independent of the "Boiler Control System"; other parts compose of "heating network monitoring system." And then use the general concept of energy management combine two systems into an integer.In order to solve the balance of heat network, especially when heat source changes to follow ambient temperature to achieve automatic control, This dissertation based on linear system theory of the balance of heat network, with the help of the "heat capacity in one cycle ", the scientific method of regulating balance of thermal regulation, so that to solve this problem completely in the balance of heat network, so as to the work of heat energy every day proceed smoothly.The overall design theory of the monitoring system to highlight the management and scheduling of the unity of the whole heating network, through regulating the dynamic changes of the whole network heat power and the ambient temperature, to achieve with minimum energy consumption make the customer satisfaction and gain energy saving purpose. In the system's configuration to let the forecast future changes in temperature as a guide, to provide heat energy forecast, based on the outdoor temperature in real-time monitoring implementing of continuous heat-conditioning program to ensure that the system of heat supply and demand balance, so that the real energy consumption into each heating supply time..
