With the depth of China's crude oil extraction and petrochemical industries major development, although many petrochemical equipment used in the corrosion resistance of good 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel, although the corrosion resistance requirements, but because of this steel itself The strength, hardness low defect in the domestic petrochemical industry caused many accidents. This paper attempts to increase through the cold 0Cr18Ni9 way to the strength, hardness and thus strengthen the function of deformation, thus easing the steel heat exchanger 0Cr18Ni9 the corrosion cracking process. Metal-cutting process is cutting the plastic deformation of metals and fracture process. Cutting process, the metal-hardening and metal work-hardening of the metal cutting process as a whole have a very important impact. In this paper, 0Cr18Ni9 steel cutting deformation in the process of deformation strengthening law.
