Many oil fields in China has entered the later development period, the production has dropped year by year, the use of conventional large-scale pumping units leads to high cost and larege energy consumption. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a lifting technology whose liquid production is under the 20t/d. For the realization of low-input, high-yield, research on small-scale pumping for low-yield wells has carried out, which constructed a solid foundation on design parameters and structural design of pumping unit.In this paper, the author retrievals the data of pumping unit home and abroad, combined with the specific circumstances of Daqing Oilfield, proposed a new overall design program of small-scale pumping unit. Output form of the unit is single-crank, achieving the increased range by pulley block, flexibility connected with the rod by travelling block and two crown block, when the crank rotating a circle, the stroke length is 4 times the crank..In order to reduce the weight of the unit, simplify the foundation structure, portal framed structure is used, with the of the traction level pull directly delivered to the unit through the scalable beam, unloaded rod load directly on the wellhead through well-head structure. Thus, it has many advantages such as good dynamic performance, simple structure, small size, light weight, simple and easy construction of the foundation, which creates the conditions for low-yield wells lifting technology and integrated functional design.In this paper, establish transmission system kinematic mathematical model of flexible pumping unit, the analyze the effect of the stroke and changes on flexible pumping unit movement; establish dynamic mathematical model, carried out dynamic analysis on transmission system of flexible pumping unit; given the torque curve, balance shaft torque curve and net torque curve under different loads, based on which, carried out balanced system design and selected reducer, and check the strength and stiffness of main components. Thus, it provides design theory for research and development on low-yield wells specialized lifting technology minimum and medium-sized production.
