The cluster wells pumping unit was a new unit developed in recent years, cluster wells pumping unit used one transmission system to drag adjacent wells at the same time, met the needs of cluster wells oil extraction process, saved power consumption, improved the life of the pumping unit, pumping system and pumping efficiency. At present, domestic special technology in multi-well cluster wells linkage integrated oil recovery had been some research result, there were still many technical problems in the design and reliability of the integrated oil recovery program. Therefore, we designed a crank-slider style cluster wells pumping unit.Kinematics analysis is to analyze the trajectory, displacement, velocity and acceleration motion parameters of each point of the rest of the movable member, we can determine the component moving stroke though displacement and trajectory analysis and determine the variation of the velocity and acceleration of the components though velocity and acceleration analysis. Meanwhile, the motion analysis is the basis of dynamic analysis, which is also very important to adjustment of fluctuations of pumping speed, the dynamic analysis is to calculate the kinematic sub-reaction force, torque, power and provide data for the strength, stiffness, life, structural optimization, the selecting of motor power, which is the foundation of performance analysis of pumping unit. The main contents include:(1) Transmission design and the characteristics of the transmission scheme of crank-slider cluster wells pumping unit.(2) The kinematics analysis of the pumping unit. We analyzed the displacement, velocity, acceleration of the slider of the pumping unit and drew out the corresponding curve. The kinematics simulation of the pumping unit, we verified the accuracy of the calculation of the kinematics theory through the contrast of the kinematics simulation curve and the theoretical calculation curve.(3) Dynamics analysis of the pumping unit. Including:the analysis of suspended load, the reaction force of deputy campaign, net torque of crank shaft, motor power anlysis, the drawing of the crank torque curve. We analyzed the balance mechanism of the crank-slider cluster wells pumping unit. Do structural dynamics analysis on rails and realize the superior of the two rails with ANSYS software, which affects the stability of motion of the pumping unit. The results show that the deformation and stress of the program two rails are less than the program one rails and has more advantages in terms of stability. The dynamics simulationof pumping unit based on ADAMS, we verified the accuracy of the calculation of thedynamic theory through the contrast of kinematics simulation curve and the theoreticalcalculation curve. The parameter optimization of the pumping unit based on ADAMS, we canknow from the optimization of the length of the pumping rod, under certain pumping stroke(crank length), select longer connecting rod, can effectively reduce the peak of the net torqueof the crank shaft, thereby reducing the power consumption of the pumping unit.In this paper, the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the crank-slider type cluster wellspumping unit provides a comprehensive calculation method for its design and the theoreticalbasis for its production applications.
